We have been in the IT industry since 2011. We started off as a ERP Solution provider at that point in time and grew today to a Total IT Solutions company with footprints across Globe.

Trust is the basic foundation of our survival since 2011. Some of the team members are working for us since 2018, while we are proud to have some clients with us since 2013.

Terms depend on project to project basis. For bigger deals it is 40:40:20 whereas for smaller ones 50:50. For regular jobs eg. SEO/ SMO and AMC it is 100% advance quarterly and annually.

Domestic clients can make payments easily online thru site using credit/ debit cards, Net Banking etc. or you can also choose to make direct bank transfer thru NEFT/ RTGS. For International clients we accept payments thru PayPal.

As we are already working across the globe, but there’s no need to meet the client physically in person. We do need regular interaction with the client. For this we use digital technology to connect thru Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp and communicate. We manage things remotely thru software tools to access their systems remotely. We do it even with our local clients, as it saves time & costs both.

As the website is developed for each client separately hence we treat each work as theirs. Hence if the client desires to keep the controls and manage themselves, we have no objections in doing so. However, in certain cases where Application development is done using proprietary codes the payment terms may vary on case to case basis.
